Fresh, juicy and sweet. It was more like sweet and sour than sweet and delicious. Either way, the sweetness is impressive. If the bottle was opened right away, you could probably feel more bubbles, but it wasn't that much.
My local liquor store has started to carry Hiran, so I can go buy it more often👍.
