It is Yusa by Okunomatsu Shuzo, which we got at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival.
This sake is brewed with the aim of producing the best sake by combining the traditional techniques cultivated over 300 years of history with the latest technology.
The brand name "Yusa" is named after the head of Okunomatsu Sake Brewery, and at the brewery's festival, we heard an episode in which the brewery made a great effort to make the sake "sell well.
I am looking forward to tasting this sake, which has a fresh aroma and a delicious flavor that will not wear you out, and is perfect as a food sake.

First, let's take a look at the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
The sweetness and softness of sake in the mouth, which was delicious at the tasting, is also delicious.
It has a slight spiciness and bitterness, which makes it well-balanced and easy to drink, and it also has a nice salty taste.
When rolling it around in the mouth, you can feel the freshness, bitterness, and umami, which is also delicious.
I wonder if I would have been able to find it without the Kuramoto Festival. It was truly a blessing to be able to participate in the Kuramoto Festival 😊.
