The first New Year's Day at my parents' house,
Mimuro cedar zodiac bottle to open the 25th year.
This Mimuro cedar was delicious in 24 years,
I am grateful to my parents for their kindness.
It starts with sweetness,
It has a slight acidity and is slightly effervescent, fresh, and clear.
Fresh and clear.
The aftertaste is very refreshing and very tasty.
This is Mimuro cedar.
Sukiyaki was our dinner,
We enjoyed both rice and sake.
We will be indebted to Mimuro Cedar this year.
