The third and last sake is "HANAHODAKU HACHIBAN-NISHIKI JUNMAI-GINJO NORIFUROSHI NAMAI-GINJO ORIGRAMI" 🍶.
It's been a while since I've had a Hanahyokyu 🌸☀️🚿.
The appearance is foggy white with a slight haze.
The aroma is tropical sweetness 🏝️
It is firmly pineapple🍍 with nuances of pineapple candy.
Passion fruit-like acidity.
The solid rice aroma of polished rice is rather rich.
The texture is silky and smooth, with a hint of graininess from the tailings on the tongue.
Cool pineapple sweetness and acidity.
It is accompanied by a beautiful rice flavor, so it can be enjoyed without being too sweet.
The finish is capped off with a good amount of acidity and bitterness.
The lingering rice flavor with a hint of bitterness is also moderate.
It has been a really long time since I have had Hana-yoso, but I was able to recognize its intoxication once again 😊.
We finished with Jigorin Nigori, Shinshu Kamereizan Keishiki, and Hanaoyokyu.
It was a gorgeous lineup that seemed like the end of the year.
We thanked the owner, Mr. Kawada, for the past year and wished him a happy and drunken New Year.
It was a wonderful end of chuin-san 🍶.
