According to the Homare Sake Brewery's website, it is a "Junmai Daiginjo for a little luxury home drinking.
The ginjo aroma is reserved yet robust.
It is sweet but refreshing.
The slight bitterness does a good job of tightening the overall flavor.
I envy people in Aizu who can drink this at home.
