There is a sake called "FLY" in the AFS, which is made from rice that is not equal to the others. It seems to be rare, and since it is not sold thereafter and was available for reservation, I made a reservation and bought it.
It tastes and smells like Shaoxing sake. It has a delicious rice flavor and a solid sense of maturity.
Today was the friendly softball district tournament. We won the championship, and next time we will play in the city tournament. Four games in one day... Sake is soaked.
