I'm always hesitant to buy it because of the high price 😁.
The snowman was delicious!
I wish they would make it under 2,000 yen if possible.
I'm a small budget guy...
But if I find it, I have to drink it as a senkinist 😅Now, what did it taste like? As far as I can tell, it's a mixed bag 🤔.
Yamadanishiki 60%, Kame-no-o 40
Polishing ratio 90%😳
Alcohol content 14 degrees
Sake degree - Acidity
I couldn't imagine what it tasted like when I saw that it was made with 90% polished rice!
Almost no aroma after opening the bottle.
When I put it in my mouth, I thought "hmmm?
Sip it again
What is the taste? I had imagined a little bit of 90% polished rice ratio, so the gap was too big 😳.
In a word, it is "yogurt"!
For a moment I also feel a fruity taste, but it tastes like lactic acid bacteria, yes 🤔 similar to calpis or pilkul
It's strange 😁.
It's kind of yummy yummy when combined with cheese 🤔.
I think I can enjoy it if I devise some snacks to go with my drinks
It's not bad.
Not bad at all 😁.
But it's worth trying for the taste of this rice milling ratio 👍

If the rice polishing ratio is high, it becomes clean and refreshing like a daiginjo, but if the ratio is low, the original aroma of the rice is probably less noticeable (^^).

Mr. Ars.
Good morning!
The lower the percentage of rice polished, the less fruity the taste of the rice, but this sake has a different punch 😁Well, some of them, such as Kaze no Mori, have a high percentage of polished rice, but they are good...

Good evening, kozo-sync!
I drank this sake too! It certainly wasn't what I expected from a low milled rice 🤔 not bad but not good either... totally agree 😁.

Good morning.......
Oh! You drank it too?
Yes, I think so... It doesn't have any punch, or no characteristics... It's not worth the cost💦but it's not bad, so it's hard to evaluate😅.
