Hakeikuubiki Junmai Daiginjo "Kaze
One of the eight blessings of the series: sun, water, earth, sky, wind, trees, snow, and people.
There happened to be a tasting event at Miyakoya for Kubiki Shuzo, Maruyama Shuzojo of Yukinakubai, and Muskagami. Great because I like all of these breweries very much.
Today's highlight was this "Kaze".
It is a year-round product and a bit expensive, so I had to give it a lower priority.
The design of gentle wind blowing dandelion fluff is cute.
Fruity
Soft, translucent and fresh on the palate, with a gorgeous sweet and sour taste.
It has a gorgeous sweet and sour taste.
It has just the right amount of astringency to give it a full-bodied flavor, and it is very drinkable.
It is also very drinkable.
It is soft, crisp and dry.
It has a full-bodied mouthfeel with a rice aroma.
It has a long, gentle aftertaste.
but it also has a gentle and long aftertaste.
This is how it feels. It is delicious.
It's the wind of Kazuma, who will be going to a live concert tomorrow.
With purple hydrangea blooming in the garden.
