kisaragisyuIt is said to be super dry, but I wonder if it is. It is refreshing, but the taste is full and mellow, and the ginjo aroma is gorgeous. It was easy to drink and delicious.

I was introduced to this super dry sake at a sake bar I am familiar with, and was surprised at how gorgeous it was.
I never pick up super-harakuchi sake, but I am grateful to the owner for letting me encounter it.
