What to do next?
It's hard to decide!
The menu lists about 20 kinds of local sake.
There were about 5 out of stock, but it is really hard to choose from about 15 varieties!
Abe, I haven't had this one very often!
I've only had it twice at Eiraku in Akita 2️⃣.
I'm going for the third time!
I thought I would get a bottle with the characters "Abe" in hiragana, but instead I got a picture of a rural landscape with the words "Noda" and "Noda" on it!
I heard it reads "Noda".
Good aroma!
Fruitiness in the mouth!
I don't think I've ever had a sake like this before!
It was just right!
At about this time, grilled shellfish appeared!
The proprietress told us to be careful because it is very hot!
The hot shellfish and the sweetness of the scallops go very well with the Abe-san!
We are having a blissful time!
Knowledge
The "Field Specific Series".
This sake is brewed using 100% rice harvested from a specific field in order to allow people to enjoy the flavor of each rice field while keeping the recipe consistent. In conjunction with contract farmers in Kashiwazaki, Abe Brewery's hometown, and the Kariwa area adjacent to Kashiwazaki, a portion of the proceeds are used to help contract farmers maintain their fields and landscaping.
