I can't stop loving the mountains 🖤.
What a surprise!
The last of the 2024BY was waiting for us before the new sake!
(The liquor store said the next one is new sake.
I'm sure this time 😅)
Hitogokochi 50% polished, 15% alcohol by volume
This is my first Hitogokochi Jun Dai!
The black label was a nice finishing touch.
The sound when the bottle is opened is mf and bhush bhush ♫
I like this feeling even when it's fire-aged!
Microbubbles when poured into a glass.
The top aroma is citrus 🍋 with a little honey apple 🍎.
Drinking.
Fresh piquancy and acidity with a slight effervescence.
The aroma gives a good impression: ❗️
The sweetness and umami immediately after opening the bottle are moderate.
The refreshing part is Yamazan style. ☺️
The bitterness in the last part is really Hitokochi-like.
The proof of Yamazan love that started with drinking outside
2024BY including 2022 vintage
14 bottles for drinking at home‼️
We drank almost all of them ✨✌️

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
This is a testament to your single-minded love of the three mountains 😆.
This year I was partial to them, but next year
I will love them a little more and love them for a long time
I'd like to go for a long time.
