100% Yuyamanishiki, 55% polished rice, al16-17
Sake degree +2.0, Acidity 1.6, Kumamoto No.9 yeast
Reunited since we met at Hiratsuka TAMA in 2018.
Dry, with less of the tingling sensation of a raw sake. I thought it was a calm sake with a hint of acidity but still hip.
