This sake was given to me by a junior colleague at work in April to commemorate a job transfer. It seems to be a sake brewed with wine yeast from the Rhone region in France. It is a famous sake from Toyama, Mansyuusen GREEN.
The aroma is a strong ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is a full-bodied white wine that reminds one of sweet grapes from the fusion of sweet and sour tastes.
It is a dark wine. But the aftertaste is sake.
I went home after drinking lightly at a general meeting and reception of a certain association in the evening today, and made up for the lack of alcohol after taking a bath.
I drank two beers, two white wines, and a highball. After returning home, I had a lemon sour, then a Manjusen No. 1.
It was an uncontrolled way of drinking. 🙇♂️

Good morning, Duke: ☁️
I read that you drank a lot of alcohol and your last sentence 😆 made me giggle 🤭 when you write it again 😅.

Thank you for your comment, Ponchan. 🙇♂️ That's right. I had a lot of drinks, then went home, took a bath, and then had a Manjusen, mindful of my wife's eyes.
I was very drunk. I'm sorry for my lack of moderation 😢 and ho ho 🙇♂️

Good evening, Duke Shibuya 😃.
It really is a cool looking Manjusen that looks like wine 😊 Oh! This was your closing drink 😅I'm sure you're right 👍.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
The final drink was delicious!
Really full-bodied wine.
I'm going to chill the rest of the Manjusen and drink it slowly 😈.
