On Saturday, we went to Machinuka in Nanao for a bowl of Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup but it was closed for some reason😭.
We decided to go to a nearby restaurant, Harureruya, for the Kaisen-don set meal 🍣.
After that, we stopped by Mizukami-san and thought about having Yamasan, Daisetsukei, and another bottle of Koshi Roadster, but there were 4 kinds of sake next to them that we didn't see. I asked the owner about a brewery in Katsuura that has a distinctive acidity. I decided to go for the schwashy type.
Opening the bottle was difficult. I opened and closed the bottle 20 times😅Now it is finally opened.
It's a schwashy, low alcohol. Perfect for a hot day!
