Jikin Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki Hi-ire Izakaya (izakaya) we went to after Nihon Shu-tsubaki (③) Rice used: Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 Sake meter degree - Acidity Two kinds of Jikin in one day is great! I guess there are places where you can find 💦premier sake... This Jikin was the last sake of the day, and by this time my notes only said "delicious" 🤣. But what I remember is the same as Yamadanishiki, the smell, the umami, the acidity, the gassiness, I thought it was all good and well balanced sake! ↑upMinna, you're right. I want to drink it sober next time😅 It's delicious! I drank a lot that day after a long time 🤣I also had a beer for the first round at each restaurant 🍺. But we alternated chasers so it didn't stay with us the next day! I think it's good to be aware of what you're drinking 🍺.
