Two kinds of Jikin in one day is great!
I guess there are places where you can find 💦premier sake...
This Jikin was the last sake of the day, and by this time my notes only said "delicious" 🤣.
But what I remember is the same as Yamadanishiki, the smell, the umami, the acidity, the gassiness, I thought it was all good and well balanced sake!
↑upMinna, you're right.
I want to drink it sober next time😅
It's delicious!
I drank a lot that day after a long time 🤣I also had a beer for the first round at each restaurant 🍺.
But we alternated chasers so it didn't stay with us the next day!
I think it's good to be aware of what you're drinking 🍺.

Good morning, kozo 😃.
You drank a lot of good sake 🍶😊.
It's OK if you remember that the result is delicious 🤗.
We also try to drink temperate water consciously👍

Good evening.
I always go to this izakaya because they have a good selection of sake and sushi, and I always get a free soda coupon 😁Waragimizu, the word is getting around 🤩.
