Newly brewed nigori sake of Tsururei. The aroma is slightly like yogurt. The sweetness is moderate, yet strong. It is a nigori sake with a strong sense of effervescence, yet it is refreshing and delicious. This year, I was able to open the bottle easily. Why is that?
