It's been a while since I've seen Sarah.
This is the first time for me to try special junmai.
The aroma is moderate.
The mouthfeel is slightly gassy.
The first taste is sourness and sweetness.
And then, it finishes off nicely.
It's a good one.

The second day.
The gassy feeling disappeared.
A little bit of semedyne.
And a pungent taste that seemed to come from alcohol.
Well, well, well.
The sweetness and sourness are still there, but...
It's different!
It's different from the first day.
Is it because it's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake?
I feel like the taste has changed quite a bit.
Well, it's just a matter of my taste.
