I went to Kawagoe on Wednesday off, continuing from last week.
Kagamiyama Junmai-Ginjo Sake.
Fresh and refreshing scent. It's smooth.
I basically think of Kagamiyama as a mellow and delicious sake, but I think this fresh, unpasteurized sake is delicious too.
It is a snack of the coleslaw tofu of Kawagoe.
