The sake cellar was the first thing that made us consider purchasing a sake cellar,
The first sake to be stored in the cellar was this one 🍶.
I happened to visit the store and saw that they were taking reservations,
I made a reservation without thinking,
I was lucky to be able to purchase it 😄.

It must be delicious 😁.
The inside of the glass has a gorgeous sweet aroma like banana🍌 or melon🍈 😆.
In the mouth, a shower of stimulation 😆.
After the stimulation and fizziness, it has a mild sweetness, a full flavor, acidity, and a complex aftertaste with bitterness from the light nigori (a slight bitterness). Harmonious aftertaste of sweetness and bitterness 😋 Surprise!
The impact right after opening the bottle was amazing and surprising, but a very greedy and delicious sake 🍶.
This is so delicious 😊.
I'm sure I'll be buying it again 😋.
