This junmai ginjo-shu is made from "Comet" rice suitable for sake brewing grown at the foot of Mt. Yotei, polished to a 50% polishing ratio, and brewed with the latest yeast, Association No. 1901, using traditional techniques.
It has a mild aroma of melon and banana, a gentle sweetness, and a fresh acidity that is well balanced and beautifully balanced in this food sake.
