Oroku東出雲 TAKEMICHI

O-Roku Junmai Ginjo TAKEMICHI.
The owner of the sake shop advised me to try this sake by itself, not with food, so I did as he said and drank it without making any assumptions.
The aroma is melon-like, and the taste is sweet with a fullness reminiscent of dried fruit. After the sweetness, you can feel a hint of sourness, but it's not sharp. It has a musty smell. It has a musty smell.
It is a taste that you cannot taste in other sake.
It's like a sake that is not caught up in any trend.

Good evening 😃 I've been curious about this but haven't tried it yet.
I've heard some people say that it tastes like smooth water and others say they don't like it because of its peculiar taste. If I have the chance, I'll be brave enough to try it.

Tsuyodai-san⭐️It is a very difficult sake to describe. It has its own peculiarities, so it is not a sake that you want to drink many times, but rather a sake that you want to drink once in a while? If you have a chance, please let me know what you think 😀.
