Launch at Jiyugaoka (6) I gave a little too much 😅.
The last sake of the day was Yonesuru Junmai Ginjo No. 34
It is the 34th brewed in the year, and it seems to be the number for the tome-brewing on New Year's Day every year!
Gentle and fresh.
Sweet, yet refreshing.
Fruity, with a touch of sourness.
My notes are getting more and more confusing 😵.
It was another day of thank yous for the delicious sake and food with my friends after a successful day of work and a thank you for asking me to come back next year 😄.
So, today is a national holiday, but I'm traveling for work!
I have to do my best and get some good local sake!
(Not where I'm going to work hard 🤣)

Good morning, Takashi 😃!
The food looks delicious 😋 and it's great that you serve sake 🍶 that seems to go well with it 🤗.
Good luck with getting good sake and work hard at the right place 👋

Good morning Jay & Nobby 😊.
I like this place a lot 😘I wish it was a little cheaper 😆.
Yesterday we took a rest day, but I got a bottle of sake I've never had before, in Nagoya 🥳.

Hi Takashi 🐦.
I'm glad you had a good drink 😊I hope the rather large faceted boar cup worked 😆 but it's really great that you still took notes👍✨.
Great job on the hard work 🤣

Hi Pon 😊
As always, we had a delicious and enjoyable time 🥰It was still easy to take notes since we were business associates and not customers. (Still very lax 🤣) Could I have had two if I had tried a little harder?
