At a tasting by sake merchant Yamada.
It has a delicious taste and above all, the acidity gives it a nice flavor 😊.
The brewer who was at the tasting said that the acidity is unique to Yamahai.
It was my favorite out of all the Shichida's ✨.
I would have bought some if I could, but I only tasted it this time because of a conflict with my schedule.
I would like to buy it in the future.

I haven't tried Shichida yet, but I'm curious about Umakuchi Junmai because of the name 🤤.
It looks very tasty, so if I meet you at my first Shichida, I'd love to take you there 😋.

The Junmai Ginjo was rather easy to drink and tasty, but this Umakuchi Junmai had a distinctive acidity that made a big impact 😋.
There are so many Saga sakes that I'm interested in 💦.
