Not much aroma but slight lemony acidity.
The mouthfeel is a little light but well balanced, with a light sweetness and a full-bodied mid-palate that finishes nicely together, which is typical of Shinshu 👍.
The alcohol content is quite high, so be careful not to drink it at a high pitch!
