You can use the lid of other sake even after removing the cork. A note says to drink it by May of last year.
It smells like flowers, wood, and oil clay, and the floral smell fades quickly after pouring.
It has a mild to stimulating acidity, a woody feeling, and a good umami! The end is interesting with a soft touch of alternating bitterness and sweetness. It is more like drinking sake than wine.
When warmed up, it smells like rice powder. The acidity and umami make it gentle and pleasant to drink. I drank too much!

Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san.
The lid of the first bottle did not fit, but I was able to use several lids of four-compartment bottles, so if you did not throw them away, you can use them.
