Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting (1)
We went to a tasting at a liquor shop in Kyoto.
Although I occasionally buy rare sake, I have not been able to attend the tasting because I wanted to go, and this time I was able to join bouken-san and Ao-chan.
On such a day, the train was more than 30 minutes late and I was in a hurry, but we managed to get there just in time💦.
After greeting Ao-chan, we started tasting.
Minami Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake.
The nose is mild, with a full-bodied umami flavor that starts with acidity. The freshness of this sake makes it more umami than spicy, and it is delicious.
After a while, bouken joined us a little later due to a train delay.
