This is my first time to try Collage's Autumn Sake.
The name is interesting.
The aroma is mellow peach.
The taste is more relaxed than usual and has a lot of autumn flavor.
It has a strong bitter aftertaste, so it is good as a food sake.
It is a different kind of Collage.
Postscript
After a few days of drinking, it has more depth of flavor!
It is a sake to drink at a leisurely pace.
