Opened for the first time in a long time!
I remember drinking Kubota at an izakaya once...hazy memory🤔.
Kubota has a strong image of being an old man, but what about Junmai Daiginjo? I was greeted with a bottle based on a simple question: "What is a Junmai Daiginjo like?
It has more of an oyaji feel than the so-called junmai daiginjo, but it tasted clear and just a little bit sweet ✨.

I've been a little out of shape and have been abstaining from drinking... 🥺(You can tell from my Instagram that I went to a certain sake brewery's brewery opening and went to a certain D to enjoy some serious drinking).
