Yesterday I had a good thing happen, so I went to my usual bar to celebrate 😊.
The toast was to Shinmasa's Tangerine 🍊.
And it was freshly opened, so we were very excited!
It was my first time to taste the colors series. The aroma is like orange or grapefruit, and the acidity is strong from the sake brewing process.
The gasiness is medium, and after the acidity comes the umami and sweetness 🤔.
At the end, there is a slight to medium bitterness.
Overall, it was a light, refreshing and delicious sake with strong acidity 🍶.
