Whenever I see the Hinode Original that drew me into the swamp of sake, I always ask for it. We don't see this in Kanto.
It has a refreshing aroma of alcohol. In the mouth, it has a different caramel taste than the aged one. It has a sweetness like a gentle golden sugar. It has a strong alcoholic flavor and a faint acidity in the aftertaste.
When I tried it warmed up, it was nice and plump, but I think it lost some of its character.
