Last weekend, I visited Iinuma Honke 🚘️
Since my last visit was in summer, I thought I'd stock up on some fresh sake this time...
I was interested in this limited edition sake from the Shinshu Matsuri (New Sake Festival) and decided to bring it to you 😁.
The label is in the shape of a paper hanging and there is a tassel on the neck.
I'm sorry for the long preamble, but the taste is....
Well 🤔, the first sip gives the impression of bitterness and alcohol taste coming forward 🙄🙄.
I'm a little concerned about it even though it's a Junmai Ginjo category with no brewing alcohol added ☹️
There was a hardness in the taste even after drinking, so I heated it up and the bitterness changed to sweet and sour and it was Good...(^^)d
