Raku-fu-mai is a rice produced by a national research institute, the National Agricultural Research Institute in Joetsu City. It is a super rice suitable for shochu (Japanese distilled spirit), and Abe brews it. It is a pity that we lost a lot of the super rice due to trouble opening the bottle, but in Abe's opinion, it was very tasty with a moderate sweetness.
