It is a special liquor store order from Musical Instrument Masamune and is said to be inspired by the Sauvignon Blanc of wine. I was intrigued by this instrumental Masamune, which has been a big help to us since last year.
After opening the bottle, there was a faint peachy aroma. The taste is definitely white wine-like, but this one has no peculiarities and is easier to drink than wine. It has a gentle sweetness with not too much acidity, like pears, grapes, and peaches. It's absurdly good.
It is 13% alcohol, so it is easy to drink. I think it would go well with fresh cheese and crackers.
