My favorite Nanaken sparkling sake.
Lightly cloudy, sweet and very easy to drink!
It's quite shwashy!
Second fermentation in the bottle, so the bubbles are very fine, which makes it even more pleasant to drink 😀.
I liked it very much.
I really like Shichiken!
I'm also interested in Hoshinoki, a dry sparkling wine, and Morino Kanade, which is aged in Hakushu whiskey barrels!
