Now in its fifth year, Takasago Shuzo has taken on the challenge of making sake with wine yeast, a first for the brewery!
The label was designed to evoke the elegance of wine without the Japanese atmosphere typical of Japanese sake, with a playful touch of foil stamping in the motif of a wine glass.
This year marks the fifth year of the WAKAZO KURA Challenge, a project by young brewers.
