We went to Hizenya, a Mitsutake Sake Brewery store, to taste the sake and buy two bottles of Junmai Daiginjo. Afterwards, I won the "first prize" in a fun raffle! I received a "Shizuku Shibori Junmai Daiginjo" (worth 5,000 yen), which will be entered in a sake competition.

Thank you, Pon-chan. The saké is bottled from the drops of sake that drip from the bottle without being pressed, so it has a unique lightness on the palate without being stressed. I was lucky to be able to drink Mitsutake's flagship sake.
