Alcohol content: 16%.
It was purchased at the brewery's store last November.
It was bottled in 2024.08, but shipped from the brewery in 2024.11.
It is aged at a low temperature at the brewery before shipping.
The bottle was opened lightly. It is fresh, but it is also delicious with a nice sweetness spreading through it. We paired it with mozzarella cheese marinated in wasabi and soy sauce.
The bottle was opened on Saturday, the day before our one-day trip to Ueda on Sunday. I was going to replenish Goko-chan again. I forgot about it. I will bring you again soon😅.
