Slightly bubbly and slightly tangy.
Mild acidity derived from lactobacillus acidophilus in the yeast yeast yeast.
It is finished with umami and spicy bitterness.
Anyway, the balance is exquisite and not too assertive.
Elegant and refreshing, it is the best food sake 😋.
