I got the information on Instagram that the Hanahayo Sake was in stock. I had no choice but to go there regardless of the coldest weather of this winter👍Just by looking at the bottle of HanayoYukyu, I could already tell it was delicious🎉.
The aroma is elegant and gorgeous, and the sweetness is mild while being elegant. The balance of sweetness and rice flavor is perfect. The sweetness is not at all harsh, making it a dangerous sake that can be drunk indefinitely.
I can't believe this is available in Akashi... Thank you master. ❗️
However, the bar had an amazing lineup of sake to drink, so we were able to enjoy a variety of sake even after drinking the Hana-yosu. Thanks to that, the happy afterglow of the first Hana-yosuyu I drank was gone... I wanted to finish with one more Hana-yosu 💦.
