もよもよ
Gozenshu is a sake made in Okayama Prefecture. I had been curious about it, but being a cautious person, I had not purchased it.
The aroma was not that strong, and the taste was refreshing. It has a slight grape-like taste, but the fruity taste is not so strong, and I think it is the type of sake that goes well with meals. I did not feel any carbonation, perhaps because it had been a while since the bottle was opened.
I feel it tastes better chilled. Maybe it would go well with white fish sashimi. I think it is a good sake with a high degree of perfection.
