100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
I had some Kangiku in stock at home and was going to hold off at the store, but I thought it would probably be my junior's favorite taste, so I chose it. (The stock is not Denshogiku, so no cans 💦)
The mouthfeel had a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and the lingering aftertaste was nicely balanced by the chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-gassiness.
My younger colleague was also impressed with the taste.
I liked it a lot too ✨.
