It is called "Elegant Yamahai".
It is really beautiful and comfortable to drink. ✨️
It goes down your throat without any resistance.
The rice flavor spreads at the end...
You can enjoy it without getting tired of drinking it.
It is one of my favorites among the Yamahai I have had so far!
There was also a tasting of this raw sake, which had more impact and was more satisfying to drink, but this time I chose it for its drinkability...

Good evening, Kurumafu-san. I also brought home a bottle of the raw sake from the Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA. It has a beautiful drinking quality with a touch of Yamahai, and after reading Kuruma-fu's comment, I'm looking forward to drinking it at home even more so 😊.
