Drinking with junior staff yesterday
First visit to a restaurant I found on SNS.
I love the sound of a Japanese sake bar!
My junior wanted to drink some Edo-Kaijo Grand Palace.
So we went to Tamachi next door and had a drink made with tap water.
I heard that they don't usually sell directly pumped tap water.
I heard they don't sell it and that it's only for stores.
But it's delicious and well-balanced, isn't it?
Everyone says it's made with water from the mountains, but if you can do it with tap water, it might be good enough.
If you can make this with tap water, it might be good enough!
