I'm a little attracted to the fact that Gozenshu's Omachi is the only sake made with Bodaihashi yeast 🎶.

I'm glad I got the OMACHI trilogy, but I drank one bottle at a time, and my memory of the flavors got fuzzy 🙄 I wish I had opened 3 bottles at once and compared them 😅This one tasted a bit more subdued 😁.
