Tosatsuru's new product. They sold packs of it at Donki, but they were selling it at the antenna store for 4 ㌥ and 3 ㌥.
It's the gorgeous type of sake that the big companies are releasing one after another, like Gimpak, Shochiku Bai Subaru, Hakutsuru Fragrant Junmai, etc.
I guess that's the concept behind Hana Akita and others.
It is fruity, but the aroma is subdued. It has a fruity but restrained aroma, and it has an atmosphere that makes it drinkable like water without feeling too much of an alcoholic taste.
It doesn't seem new, or maybe the label is a bit plain 🤔.
The website of the liquor store that carries it says the yeast is CEL-24 and others.
On the official website, the rice is Akebono and others.
Sake degree +4, acidity 1.1.
