Today I will be drinking Sogapère Ephis.
It is hard to find in Kanagawa and this is my first time.
I got it from my parents who are regular 😊.
It seems to be a sake usually made by a winery during the winter season. They make a very small amount as a hobby 💡.
It seems to be a sake made with No. 6 yeast. The aroma has the sourness and astringency of a sake yeast.
It is delicious with scallop sashimi and grilled chicken. I think it goes well with the creaminess and umami of scallops. Delicious✨
