The last drink of my trip to Takamatsu was a Jyushiyo. If it's on the menu, I always want to drink it and order it 😙. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a sweet and juicy flavor on the palate. The lingering aftertaste is pleasant while also being powerful 😊. It is enjoyable enough on its own, but this time I paired it with grilled oysters (🦪) and olive yellowtail sashimi, and the pairing with the olive yellowtail was superb👍. It was my wife's birthday and I enjoyed it more than her, but it was a win-win ✨.

Good evening, soumacho 😃. Olive yellowtail! You missed it before at the produce center 🥲 enjoy drinking and eating because of your birthday 🎂🤗 maybe that's what married couples enjoy 😊.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃. The olive yellowtail was delicious and went well with the sake 😋. We enjoyed the couple's drink and food, just as you said 😊.

Hello, soumacho 🐦🐦. Jyushiyo and this dish! The happiest end to a perfect day ✨ I've never had olive yellowtail 💦 Is it different from regular yellowtail?

Thanks, Pon 😃. I tend to drink Jyushiyo only with sake as I often drink it at the end of a night out, including this time 💦. I have a feeling that olive hamachi is less smelly than hamachi and more refreshing.
