Sake received at Asano's Kikumori Fair ⑤🍶Last. President Fujimura, who loves the Somin Matsuri very much, is also an avid SNS user. He posts detailed information on social networking sites about everything from daily sake brewing to evening meetings and his hobby of playing Splatoon. He is an honest brewer, but his comments on social networking sites are frank, radical, and cynical. When he is at an event in his hometown Iwate and only sake from outside of Iwate is offered, he mutters, "#⚪︎," or writes on a sign on the wall at the Asano Fair, "What is that enzyme agent and does it taste good? and so on 😁. The "Hyakusei Odori" is a sake brewed with Rikuwa 132 produced in Towa Town, Hanamaki City, using the Yamahai brewing method. The "Hyakuso Odori" is a local performance to pray for a good harvest in the area surrounding Hanamaki City. This sake is also shipped after 9 months of storage from the top of the tank. The appearance is crystal with amber tints. The aroma is typical of pure Yamahai junmai, with a sour, sour aroma of mushrooms, sour cream, and iodine. The beautifully understated yet full-flavored sweet-amami flavor spreads and sharpens with a pleasantly stimulating acidity. The aftertaste is long and lingering. It is a very Yamahai-like Yamahai, and I wanted to try heating it up. Kikumori, all of them were carefully made delicious sake. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
