Normally I don't open the bottle on Mondays... but I have some sake I want to transfer and bring to the sake party 🍶 this Friday, so I'm opening it to make an empty bottle 😆 lol
Tonight... a Junmai Ginjo Aizan from my favorite local brand "Kamo Kanehide" 💎!
Aiyama is a diamond of sake rice 🌾.
This is a sake brewed and matured in the spring 😍.
We haven't seen each other in a year 😆.
So without further ado... the opening ceremony✨
The aroma is elegant and fruity without being strong 🍎.
The aroma is easy to drink without any peculiarities.
The first sip has an apple-like flavor... and even though it's hi-iru 🍁, I think it's the juiciness you get from Kamogane... 😍.
And it disappears from your mouth soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.......the depth of sake is also found in this 🤤.
I enjoy it after dinner with cheese 🧀 lol
It's hard to convey in words alone, but I wish more people of all ages could enjoy the taste of sake. 🙂↕️
Day 2: 🗒️
The apple-like flavor is up⤴️
In place of it, the juiciness is reduced↘️
No drastic taste change and easy to drink on the second day 🍸.

Good evening, Mr. Koiing Gull!
The Aizan by Kamokin looks delicious 🤤.
I've always wanted to try Kamokin, and your review makes me want to drink it even more 😋.
I wish more and more people knew about the deliciousness of sake!

Hi ma-ki 😃
Aisan here has a taste that makes you feel rich... I found myself drinking a lot of it even though it was Monday 😅.
I agree that traditional sake brewing, an intangible cultural heritage of Japan, has a mission to be handed down to future generations 🤩.
