I found a couple of Chiba sake that I was interested in, Kangiku and Koshi.
I had never had Kouko's Raikou, so I decided to go with this one!
It was a little dry, but not a little bubbly and a little fizzy.
It was just right for the end of the day!
Excellent assortment of drinks and dishes tonight!
We will visit Beksan, Mexican Tequila, and Misina in the fall, so I had to report tonight's meeting!
